Express Builders Ltd. Hiring Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of post qualification Experience .
- Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information for businesses.
- Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting advising on tax and treasury issues.
- Setting internal controls, Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, Audit under GST, Well versed to handle Income Tax Compliance including ITR of Companies, TDS filings, leading Scrutiny & Appeal cases with the Department;
- Have knowledge of ROC compliance including annual forms, charge forms etc.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise.
- Needs good communication skills, a pleasant personality Key Skills Audit & Compliance Internal Controls Direct Taxation Indirect Taxation GST Chartered Accountant.
