- At the branch level, assign each RM a target for NB, renewal, STP, resolutions, unique projects/initiatives undertaken, and product mix.
- Make sure the team is engaged with each member and works closely with each branch.
- Training and development of teams.
- Keep ZSM and National Head informed about the on-going activities of the Bank and its rivals.
