- Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition and Patience.
- Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organization.
- Ability to multitask.
- Preferred – Must be having experience in Credit card/Loan sales/Insurance.
- Work from the office and full-time role.
