Taiwan: From November 30 to December 2, 2022, a delegation led by Shri B.B. Swain, Secretary (MSME), Ministry of MSME, comprised of Ms. Mercy Epao, JS (SME), Shri Gaurang Dixit, Chairman, and Managing Director, NSIC, Mr. Sunil Tyagi, GM-SG (IC), Ms. Adiba Bari, Manager (IC), NSIC, a representative from AMTZ, and 9 Indian enterprises from the medical devices The forum’s topic, “Electronic Manufacturing for the Healthcare Sector,” was centered on the healthcare industry.

The Indian business delegation saw the possibility for the two nations to expand their economies and make use of one another’s advantages. Additionally, a number of networking events were planned.

The Indian team spent their three days in Taichung seeing industrial centers such as Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan, Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park, Taiwan Integrated Biomedical Industrial Center (TIBIC), Intelligent Machinery Technology Center, and Plastics Industry Development Center (PIDC).
