DESCRIPTION
Exp: 1-6 years; We are in the auto detailing business that involves operations related to car restoration, car paint protection methods, car wash & cleaning, etc.
We have an outlet at sector 65 main road, Gurgaon (Next to Worldmark Gurgaon) and are expanding operations in Faridabad and a few other cities in the coming future. For that, we need a store manager to handle operations at our Sector 65, Gurgaon branch.
The following will be the roles & responsibilities:
- Client interactions on daily basis and providing them knowledge about the different services we have to offer
- Handling the day-to-day operations like assigning tasks to employees, executing planned tasks, stock checks, resolving daily issues, etc.
- Making calls to interested client leads received by us via online marketing
- Shooting videos and clicking pictures of the process and updating the client on a real-time basis
- Maintaining excel of the daily data like incoming cars, attendance, tasks, etc.
